There are million details involved in planning any event and chances are there are also as many people involved in the planning. From caterers to florists, photographers to guests and presenters, entertainment to transportation and set-up, at Arctic Weddings (and Events!) of Lapland, we thrive on keeping the details organized. We'll keep everyone (including the budget!) on track. We specialize in liaising between multiple people and departments, while ensuring vendor and venue budgets and timely deliveries. Package includes:
- Hand-off meeting 2 weeks before event (either in person or by video)
- Last minute vendor and venue liaising
- Day of set-up and coordination including: managing any vendor scheduling and deliveries

- Weekly email updates beginning 2 months before the event (as needed)

- Event day set-up and coordination

- Introductory meeting
- Vision board creation
- Weekly planning calls (as needed)
- Weekly email updates (as needed)
- Budget allocation and tracking
- Guest list management and RSVP management (using digital service)
- Vendor and venue recommendations
- Vendor and Venue liaising and coordinating
- Accommodation recommendations and liaising
- Event day set-up and coordination
